Our hens produce very rich delicious eggs with deep yellow, almost orange, yolks. We often hear that folks have run out of our eggs and ran to the store for a substitute and regretted it quickly.
We have also been told that when our eggs are used for baking it results in much better crusts and fluffier cakes.
